I have been working in the parts department for over 27 years, starting in 1996 at Kroeker Machinery Sales which eventually became genAG Inc. My passion at work is working with our customers and employees. I love switching customers over to the brands that genAG sells and making sure that they are happy with their purchases.
I believe that what sets me apart is my determination to never let a customer down. I am confident that I can find any part for any machine known to man. Over the years, I am proud to have built a great team and consistently hit record parts sales year after year. I have even received awards for the highest parts sales for a Horsch dealer!
Although I didn't grow up with a farming background, I love being with customers and learning more about what they need. I grew up in many places in Southern MB and got married in 1998 to Andrea. We have two kids, Ethan (19) and Brooklyn (16). I used to bowl a lot when I was younger and represented Team Manitoba and Team Canada in tournaments.

My passion for understanding how things work has always driven me. It helps me connect with the stories our technicians share and allows me to support the team as a Service Writer with over 4 years of experience. I thrive on the challenge of learning something new every day and take pride in doing my work with accuracy and care.
Family is my biggest blessing. Between my 5 children (and their spouses) and 4 grandchildren, my heart is full, and I cherish every moment spent with them. When I’m not with family, you’ll often find me working on building projects with my husband or enjoying the great outdoors.

Born and raised on a family farm in the heart of Southeastern Manitoba, I have developed a deep-rooted passion for agriculture from a young age. Growing up tending to livestock and machinery, along with working in the family feed mill, I have learned the ins and outs of farming and Ag business, and it has become an integral part of my life.
My journey into the world of agricultural equipment sales was a natural progression of my agricultural heritage. I recognize that the modern farmer requires not only hard work and dedication but also access to the latest and most efficient equipment to thrive in today's rapidly evolving agriculture industry.

I’ve spent the last 18 years working in agricultural service, with 15 of those in service management. Along the way, I’ve picked up a few certifications—Service Management Levels 1, 2 & 3. I’ve been fortunate to work with great teams, helping to build a strong service culture while managing things like P&L reporting and day-to-day operations.
Farming is in my blood—my father was an agronomist, and I spent summers working on farms, including one that’s now a genAG customer. I’ve always loved being part of the agriculture community and doing what I can to help farms thrive.
Outside of work, I’ve had some interesting adventures, including a few years in the Arctic drilling for diamonds. And on a lighter note, I’m severely allergic to duck eggs—thankfully, chickens and I get along just fine! I feel lucky to be part of genAG, where I get to learn, grow, and be a part of something bigger every day.

Although my background in the agriculture industry isn’t as extensive as many of my colleagues at genAG, my passion for farming began at a young age. Growing up, I managed a 20,000-acre farm—albeit a toy farm set, but it sparked a lifelong interest.
Raised in a small town, I spent much of my childhood on friends’ farms, during harvest we often got to go for rides on combines and grain carts, as well as assisting with chores in the pig barn. This hands-on experience, though informal, deepened my fascination with agriculture.
Today, I am thrilled to be part of this dynamic industry, contributing daily with a dedicated team in a family-oriented company. This experience is truly humbling and motivates me to deliver the highest level of professional and friendly service possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with my wife and two sons at our family cottage on the beautiful Lake of the Woods. In addition to fishing, I am also passionate about photography.
