2021 Grimme GBF Series XXL

The GBF XXL is a fully automatic box filler for 3.5 to 5 t boxes that can be used both during storage and during potato processing / grading. The adjustable intake height and the box positioning frame are suitable for filling a variety of different sized boxes. The hydraulically adjustable gooseneck reduces the discharge height into the box. The machine settings operated from the GBT operator terminal including Flow-Control line control to start and stop the complete feeding line.

Features may include:

• The special shape of the conveyor flights and additional, adjustable devices for braking the crop flow minimise rolling movements and thus improve a gentle filling process.

• The GBF XXL is a fully automatic box filler for boxes with a capacity of 3.5 to 5 t. It can be used both during storage and during potato processing / grading.

• The Receiving hopper, type RH 24-XT, was especially developed for sorting and for processors. The combination with a GRIMME box filler, type GBF XXL, creates a wide handling line with perfectly harmonised conveying width. In this way maximum throughput can be achieved with an optimised, gentle crop flow.

• The infinitely adjustable belt speed enables an optimum crop flow.

• With a forklift, the boxes can be easily placed in the frame for the box position.

• Constant discharge height for a gentle box filling and big box filling over the entire width.

• Simple positioning of the boxes in a box position frame.
